Sour Choco



S o u r   C h o c o



Serves: 1


I n g r e d i e n t s


2 tbsp rolled oats (soaked in 1/4 cup water/mylk overnight)
1 frozen banana
2 tbsp plain yogurt
1 sachet of Chocolate Nutrilite BodyKey
Water (optional; add to adjust consistency to your liking)


M e t h o d


Blend all till mixed thoroughly.
Add dark chocolate chunks to top it off.
