Anni Kravi

A n n i   K r a v i

When I first stumbled upon Anni's Instagram, I was like, "what is this sorcery??" Her breakfast bowls are pieces of art. Every bowl that she makes are visually stunning and pleasing to the eyes. You can check out her creations and recipes on her blog BLUEBERRYBOOST. For those of you who are fans of her, I hope this gives you a better perspective of how lovely and sweet Anni is.

SM: How did your love for making the foods that you make came about?
AK: I've always loved drawing, painting, photographing, and cooking. So, this love is just a combination of these passions of mine.

SM: What inspires you to make smoothie toppings the way you do?
AK: For me, making a breakfast bowl is like a little morning meditation. It makes me calm, relaxed, and ready for the day ahead.

SM: Your blog, Instagram, and Instagram Stories are visually stunning! Who or what inspires you creatively?
AK: It's hard to say specific things as there are so many that inspires me subconsciously. I guess different types of patterns and color combinations, nature and the universe, anything and everything mysterious, and art of course.

SM: What do you like to do in your spare time?
AK: Spend time with my friends, go to yoga or gym, draw.

SM: Favorite music and movies?
AK: Alina Baraz of Kacy Hill. Anything by Quentin Tarantino.

SM: State one most defining moment in your life.
AK: When I decided to start my own business.

SM: If you weren't doing what you do now, what would you be doing?
AK: Probably working as a consultant in some big corporation, doing something IT related.

SM: What do you feel most proud of at this moment?
AK: My courage to transform my passions into a career and work with that every single day.

SM: Any fears that you're learning to tackle?
AK: I'm a huge organizer and like planning things, but nowadays all days are full of uncertainty. I love being an entrepreneur, it can be rewarding but it is also a huge risk to take.

SM: What are your personal missions and goals?
AK: Just do my best in anything I start doing. Inspire other people.

SM: Any tips on being a food blogger?
AK: (I'm not really a food blogger!) But I would say focus on creating your own unique style and be consistent in what you do.

SM: Share your dreams about the future.
AK: Of course develop DATE + KALE, my healthy food concept (and soon opening restaurant) to something even bigger like a more holistic wellbeing concept. Spend a lot of time traveling, go to adventures, work with my passions, and live a balanced life.
