Cinnamon Oat Porridge



C i n n a m o n   O a t   P o r r i d g e

I n g r e d i e n t s


Cinnamon Nicecream
2 cup frozen banana
1/2 cup mylk
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tbsp coconut sugar
A drop or two of vanilla extract


Cinnamon Porridge
1 cup rolled oats
1 1/2 cup mylk
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 tbsp coconut sugar


M e t h o d


Blend all nicecream ingredients till smooth.
store overnight inside ice cream tray or container.

Bring mylk to simmer, then pour other ingredients in.
Stir for 3 mins and leave for 3 mins with lid on.

Top porridge with scooped nicecream and desiccated coconut.
The marriage of hot, sweet, and cold is fun and delicious!
