Bananarant



B a n a n a r a n t

I n g r e d i e n t s


1 cup frozen banana, sliced
1/2 frozen black currant
3/4 cup mylk
1 tsp coconut sugar
1 tsp chia seeds


M e t h o d


Pulse ingredients until they're broken down and then blend until smooth.
I stacked my Bananarant smoothy with plain yogurt in the middle.
Top with desired toppings. I used more black currants.
