Berry Sorbet

B e r r y   S o r b e t

Serves: 5

I n g r e d i e n t s

5 cups frozen bananas
2 cups frozen strawberries (thawed)
1 cup mylk
2 tbsp honey (optional)

M e t h o d

Pulse till all ingredients break down and blend till smooth.
Keep in a container with a lid.
Can last up to 3 weeks.
I like to top mine with many toppings. 
Using cacao nibs for this one.

Sour Choco

S o u r   C h o c o

Serves: 1

I n g r e d i e n t s

2 tbsp rolled oats (soaked in 1/4 cup water/mylk overnight)
1 frozen banana
2 tbsp plain yogurt
1 sachet of Chocolate Nutrilite BodyKey
Water (optional; add to adjust consistency to your liking)

M e t h o d

Blend all till mixed thoroughly.
Add dark chocolate chunks to top it off.

Tropical Thrill

T r o p i c a l   T h r i l l

Serves: 1-2

I n g r e d i e n t s

Chia Pudding
1/3 cup chia seeds
2 tbsp desiccated coconut
1 cup mylk
1-2 tsp coconut sugar

Strawberry Smoothy
1 cup frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen trawberries
1/3 cup mylk
1-2 tbsp plain yogurt

M e t h o d

Pour chia pudding ingredients in a preferred container. 
Shake (if it has a lid) or stir with a whisk or spoon.
Leave in the fridge for 10 mins and mix it again to make sure it has separated nicely.

Blend strawberry smoothy ingredients till smooth.

Carefully pour smoothy to fill up half a bowl and the other half with chia pudding.
Top with desired topping(s). I used fresh sliced kiwis, crushed almonds, and coconut flakes.
